The hotel has a perfect, marvelous location just off the food court and malls such as Nagoya Hill, Grand Mall, and BCS Mall. the room is neat and huge, with coffee/tea makers, a seating area, a work desk, and a very comfy bed.

Our room had a nice tub which was super relaxing. the bed was so cozy, plus they had coffee/tea stuff and a fridge for snacks. the location here is perfect, it's super close to the Harbor Bay ferry terminal ⚓.

We enjoyed this small hotel. the food was excellent. - the staff were polite and fast. - the location was particularly good for our stay. - Close to attractions like Bcs Mall, Nagoya hill mall, and Harbour bay. - the poolside bar was a delightful surprise.

The staff was courteous. the accommodation was well priced and fairly clean. the hotel has a favorable and ideal location near to Batam Island, Mall, and Nagoya Hill, Grand Mall, and BCS Mall. It is also close to shopping centers.

The hotel was in a particularly good and absolutely perfect location around 10-15 minutes walk from Nagoya Hill. It was very close to Grand Batam Mall and Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, Nagoya and Harbourbay.

The staff here were super friendly, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and affordable. 🌟 I enjoyed the nice views from my room and they even provided complimentary toothbrushes. the location was great, being close to the ferry port was really convenient.
